We are a health, wellness and fitness company that not only focuses on fitness but more importantly mental health. This is a safe space for members to grow whether it be in personal growth, healing, or meeting their fitness needs. We want people from all walks of life. We believe it is truly beneficial to work from the inside out mentally to get the results physically.
Self-care is number one on our list and we offer a variety of classes as it will help members decide what classes fits their needs. Education is important and that is what our members will get with free weekly community class, workshops, Suave Dance workshops, events, nutrition and retreats. In addition, there will be nutritionists and health and wellness coaches that will put together transformation programs that are custom to each member.
We also provide our VIP members and members who purchase private lessons, access to our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna. There will be an option for members to purchase use individually, and in a punch pass. Infrared saunas are used to treat chronic health problems such as: Depression, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, headaches, chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, anti-aging, dementia, rheumatoid arthritis, and Alzheimer’s disease. Members will have an option to purchase an eye gel mask to end yoga or meditation, or a mesh bag that will come with positive goodies. Each add-on will be different every three months. Our goal is to reach more of the holistic health with use of essential oils.
